[8u-dev] Request for approval for JDK-8208638 : Instead of circle rendered in appl window, but ellipse is produced in JEditorPane

I'd go further .. it probably shouldn't go into 8u *without* a 
concurrent 11u backport.
else (as others have pointed out) when you upgrade from 8u to 11u it 
regresses
which is against a "big rule".
