[8u-dev] Request for approval for JDK-8208638 : Instead of circle rendered in appl window, but ellipse is produced in JEditorPane

Why is the 11u backport request is not yet approved ?
I personally would not have pushed the 8u backport until the 11u one was 
approved
as I think  there should be a strict ordering to this.
