I am confused, why are you asking here? You can proceed to label the issue and put "Fix Request", as
per step 6 in checklist:
 https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/JDKUpdates/How+to+contribute+a+fix

There is apparently jdk8u-fix-request, but no "Fix request" comment.
