Fix version tags in JBS for jdk8u

I think openjdk8u is the tag that is set for jdk8u/jdk8u-dev -- IIRC, it was this way before as
well. I expect proper tags to appear after jdk8u/jdk8u-dev -> jdk8u/jdk8u merge.
