RFR: 8223147: JFR Backport (to jdk8u)

Hi Denghui,

Sure, those patches are surely of interest. I would like if you could
prepare the patches referencing each bug they backport like Azul did
in their series, then we can proceed as soon as the main patch has
been merged.
