[8u] RFR 7147060: com/sun/org/apache/xml/internal/security/transforms/ClassLoaderTest.java doesn't run in agentvm mode

Hi,

I'd like to request a review for the 8u backport of 7147060 [1].

This backport will bring parity with Oracle's JDK.

Risk is minimal as only a test is affected.

Main line patch did not apply cleanly because the list of tests in
ProblemList.txt has some differences. These differences are not related
to this backport and is not worth having them as dependencies. In
addition, the change to ProblemList.txt is to remove the test from there.

Testing:

 * The modified test
(com/sun/org/apache/xml/internal/security/transforms/ClassLoaderTest.java)
passes.
