Hi Zhengyu,

I am the originator of this bug report and requested the backport from
13 to 11 and 8 via Oracle Support. Unfortunately, I badly need it in
OpenJDK too, Oracle JDK is useless for me.

Can you go through the webrev and address the comments from Paul
Hohensee? I tested this already for Oracle's custom build back then from
the SR. I have all testing code in place to verify your patch for 8 and
11 in a huge corporate AD setup.
