As Alexey said, 'DefautlCacheSize.java' wrong location was noticed
during the review of Step 10 - 8245653: Remove 8u TLS tests [1].

Webrev.04 for 8245477 removes the file at the wrong location. Don't we
want to add the file at the new location? (as done with the other files)
