Question regarding support of TLS 1.3

We're pedalling as fast as we can. Right now engineers from Red Hat,
Azul, and others are working to get TLS 1.3 into the next official
OpenJDK 8u release. However, it's a critical and complex piece of
software and it takes a long time to review it all. I'm sure you don't
want us to rush it or break anything.
