Only for 8u.

We only backported the bare minimum to 11 as necessary to bring things
in 8 to have a properly functional JFR, but we've been more
conservative with those of course. There are a few RFC for feature
backport still out in 11 I think, but in general I think we shouldn't
bring new events or such all the way back, only fixes (pretty much
like we do with the rest of the jdk).

Btw, there's another JTreg test failing that I need to fix but forgot
to add to this list so I'll need to update this webrev, I'll create a
new one tomorrow as this one needs some thinking.
