Hi Andrew and Aleksey,
Here's a new webrev, it includes an additional test fix for test
related to the now missing EnableTracing option. I re-added the option
but it's a no-op now:

This was possibly an incompatible change (although fine by the spec
since it's hidden behind -XX), with this additional fix if someone
executes with -XX:EnableTracing won't have startup issues.
