I see and agree to some extent with your arguments. My thinking was that
preserving SSL test's history after accepting to replace their
corresponding library files was not big deal, though. This approach has
taken more work from your side, and I'll certainly take from mine.

Anyways, I'll review the modifications and the relocations as your
proposed them here -possibly against 8032473-. In regards to those tests
present in JDK-8 and not in JDK-11, as long as they are not failing I'll
probably be okay.
