[jdk8u-dev] Request for approval : 7188942: Remove support of pbuffers in OGL Java2d pipeline

Hello, doing it old-style as the bug is closed in JBS.
I would like to push this backport to jdk8u-dev to fix issue with jdk/test/sun/java2d/pipe/hw/RSLAPITest.java when JDK is built with xcode10+.

Testing : this patch passed full release-cycle testing in zulu8 for past 3 releases (jan, apr, jul 2021)
