[8u] RFR: JDK-8259384: CUP version wrong in THIRD_PARTY_README after JDK-8233548

During the merge of 8u282-b04 into aarch64/shenandoah-jdk8u [0],
we spotted an issue with the 8u backport of JDK-8233548, namely
that the version was wrongly changed to 0.10b from 0.10k, rather
than 0.11b.

This set of patches for each repo fixes the version. It also removes
an errant trailing space present on the line above in all copies of
THIRD_PARTY_README except the jdk one, bringing them into sync with
one another.

This is only applicable to 8u. The version is correct in the jdk/jdk
and jdk-updates/jdk11u versions.
