[jdk8u-dev] RFR: 8269850: Most JDK releases report macOS version 12 as 10.16 instead of 12.0 [v2]

Olga Mikhaltsova has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The incremental webrev excludes the unrelated changes brought in by the merge/rebase.
