Well, before you do that -- as Andrew suggested -- sibce x86 and ppc are
ok we could always push now and then fix the AArch64 code once it is in
JDK9. What do you think is best?

I have now worked through all the upstream change sets. There are only
appear to be a small number of relevant ones (with the following ids):

    8059606
    8069230
    8068976
    8068977
    8072911
    8071805

I have updated hotspot/src/cpu/aarch64 accordingly but am seeing errors
when I run the resulting image. I'll post the patches when I get it
working -- probably on Monday.
