Hi all,

Please review the following draft JEP:

This is an informational JEP that's intended to document the new javadoc custom 
tags that were introduced in JDK 8. Many of you noticed that these tags appeared 
in the javadoc for JDK 8 and have asked about what they mean and where they're 
defined. That's what this JEP is intended to do.
