I didn't run into it yet since I build langtools, jdk, and hotspot all 
together as they all contain jigsaw changes.

I will fix it.
   HOTSPOT_SALIB_PATH   = $(HOTSPOT_IMPORT_PATH)/jre/lib/$(LIBARCH)

If you build jigsaw/hotspot before, you can set 
ALT_HOTSPOT_IMPORT_PATH=<..>/build/linux-i586/hotspot/import to 
workaround the problem.
