Correct webrev for the exports support

  I post a wrong URL for the updated webrev of the exports support [1], 
sorry.

The summary of the changes are described in [2] plus a fix in
SimpleLibrary.StoredConfiguration class that adds indirection for the
context name that reduces the config file size bloat from 90M to 16M.
