I'm looking into this. It shouldn't be difficult, but I'd like to do 
some refactoring while there.

Right now, 'jmod extract ...' will extract the contents of the jmod 
files to the file system. You can then take a look at them. Actually, it 
might make more sense for 'extract' to be part of the jpkg command, 
rather than jmod.
