sync up jigsaw/jigsaw?

jigsaw/jigsaw hasn't been sync'ed up for a few weeks (I think I did it 
the last time, about 6 weeks ago). I'm just wondering about trying to 
get it up to jdk8-b55, the motive being that there are several changes 
in jdk8 that require us to update our module definitions (the CDLR work 
for example) and of course we don't want to be too far behind. This time 
I expect it will not be a straight-forward merge, the NMT changes in 
HotSpot for example, and jigsaw/langtools is still at jdk8-b42. I'm just 
wondering whether anyone has time to do this and perhaps it could be 
split up (as I suspect the hotspot merge will need some of Karen's time, 
and I suspect the langtools merge will need a bit of Jon's time). Also 
maybe we should wait for the perm gen work?
