sync up jigsaw/jigsaw?

You're right, the classpath work should go in first, I don't want to 
make that harder. So maybe we will try to get jigsaw/jigsaw sync'ed up 
after that goes in and after the no perm gen is in a promoted build (b56 
I assume).
