Yes, I should have clarified that when I /accused/ you of being "so very
welcoming" I didn't just mean me ;-).

I was actually referring to the fact that you are clearly very keen to
involve anyone who wants to be contribute and actively working to create
opportunities for that to happen. Thank you for doing that.
