JTRegs for OpenJDK

Once you build the code to analyze a make log, you can provide alternate
ways to view the info.
1. Use a tree of html files as I described.
2. Write a Java utility that hides the tree of HTML files, so that you
can just go
% make-browse make.log
and have it analyse the text on the fly.
