I have to admit that there was a lot of willy-nilly cut and pasting in the preparation of the Javadoc and there are likely many errors. It's premature to consider writing programs against this API. I'm going to make a separate post wherein I describe the type of review feedback currently being sought.

Thanks for looking and I have corrected the Javadocs.
