lambda bug - lambda expression in instance initializer in anon/local class

Let's not be alarmist. The two repos are currently in sync, modulo
perhaps one or two bugfixes. (And the library implementation and spec
in lambda repo are still ahead of that of TL.) We sync frequently from
TL down to lambda repo, and will still do that for as long as lambda
repo is being actively used. The rate of lambda-related changes going
into either right now is low, since we're in the endgame and its mostly
small bugfixes. We've stopped publishing promoted lambda-repo builds.
So anyone affected by skew is by definition on the bleeding edge, and is
probably already warned.
