Folks,

Sorry if you have already received this (btw, I'd encourage all of you 
to subscribe to jdk7-dev alias), but attached is the JDK7 development 
process proposal.  According to it, the first step to include the 
locale-enh feature is to write a Feature Proposal and submit it to 
jdk7-dev list for review.
