Thanks Sato-san,

I understand the process had changed.  Do we have any JDK schedule 
documents open for everyone?  We're discussing that we need to submit 
CCC in mid-March to integrate the locale changes to JDK7.  I guess we 
should post the feature proposal as soon as possible, then design 
proposal follows, then final review.  So..

1. Submitting feature proposal in this week.
2. Once the feature proposal is approved, we'll submit design proposal - 
mid March?
3. Once the design proposal is approved and the implementation is ready 
to go, we'll submit a request for final review - the beginning for April?

Is my understanding correct?
