Review request for MACOSX_PORT-477: the Color panel is a black for ColorTest0005

Hello

Please review the fix for http://java.net/jira/browse/MACOSX_PORT-477

We didn't set the scrollbar's value during dragging,
the rest of the tests use the value taken from the listener's method 
parameter which is correct,
but the provided test checks the value from the component itself
