Will upgrading to OS X Lion break existing Java applications?

Hi Loren,
I've looked at dev build #3. It doesn't ship with a JVM preinstalled but
offers to download it when running a Java app (~150 Mb).
My app worked well, except segmented buttons in the toolbar - they look
awful. However, this may be caused by a virtual machine I've used to run the
Lion.
Thanks,
Ivan
