Can proguard be used to build deployment bundle for JWS?

Hello:
Looking at the status page, I find that the MacOSX version of JWS needs to
include a RJE. If this is the case, is there going to be a way to make
rt.jar & the others as inputs to proguard, not just libraries?
This would greatly reduce bandwidth. I recall a conversation on a xmlvm
thread which indicated 150 base classes get dragged in no matter what. If
proguard is used that might not only be less, but only the methods required
by the application would be in any.
Further, I would really prefer this embedding be optional.
Thank you,
