Whether a bug report exists or not, is almost irrelevant.
Somebody actually has to think it's important to fix it and put in the necessary hours for it to make a difference.

That's what I meant. Who exactly does it, whether it's people paid by Oracle (like, I assume: you), or a volunteer, I don't care. I just wanted to know, whether people working on the JRE are aware of the problem and working on it.

Unfortunately, I neither have the skill nor the time, but am grateful to those of you who do.
