"-implicit:none" flag is ignored

So, this is the last time I bring this thread (it turns out that after the
java/apple/mac issues were cleared up this is not mac specific) the
question is:
Is it possible to instruct javac to "implicit:ignore" classes on the same
folder as the class being built? Or do we need to place the source files in
the directory?
