It's partially true, but it's also that when OSX fails you can run a  
virtual machine - the opposite solution can't be unfortunately done - or  
install a multi-boot (even though it's getting harder and harder to do  
with OS X). Unfortunately Windows 8 has taken the same route and I'm  
constantly screaming when I have to use it (for some projects targeted at  
it) and I see I'm not alone.
