How do you add a comment to a Sun/Oracle bug report?

One of my MacOS bug reports has appeared at http://bugs.sun.com/view_bug.do?bug_id=8014369.  I don’t see how to add a comment or log-in to add a comment.  Could someone tell me how?  

 

Several of the other bug reports were assigned numbers, some weeks ago, but have never appeared in the bug database.  As an example, the one described at http://www.segal.org/java/SigningTestApple/ never appeared at the number I was given, and http://bugs.sun.com/view_bug.do?bug_id=8014369 got assigned a different number from the one I was sent immediately.  In general, how does one find bug reports after they are submitted?
