How do you add a comment to a Sun/Oracle bug report?

Hi Mickey,
      Unfortunately that functionality is not currently available and 
have not been for a while.  The login service that bugs.sun.com utilized 
is no longer available. Steps are in place to allow comments to be added 
to bugs.

In the meantime, for this bug, please send me your comments/changes and 
I will see that it is updated.
