How do you add a comment to a Sun/Oracle bug report?

Actually my comments are about two bugs, one of which I've never found in the database despite getting an email that it was accepted, and the other is about a Windows pen-input bug.

 

One that never appeared: the bug I describe at http://www.segal.org/java/SigningTestApple/ for which I was given a URL for a bug report months ago, but the report hasn't appeared and I think the problem may have been solved since I stopped seeing it after recent updates.

 

Windows pen-input bug: the bug described at http://www.segal.org/java/just_checkbox/ for which the bug did appear at http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6494360.  This bug remains labeled as Unresolved, but I tested it today since we are buffing up our support for the Windows pen-input environment and it is fixed and I wanted to pass along that information so the bug report could be listed as fixed and closed.

 

In general, how are we supposed to provide such feedback now?
