Rtalk Performance for micro benchmarks (how to improve)

        On JRuby fib, it's around 0.44s for fib(35) versus jdk7's 0.33 and
        fastruby's 0.19. So that's easily 2x slower, which isn't far off 
from
        what you're seeing..right?

So for Rtalk ( Hanoi which is the one I have all three for) its
        294/629/754   java Static/ JDK7 / JDK8

1x / 2.1x / 2.6x for me vs 1x / 1.7x / 2.3x for you.  So I am about 15-25% 
slower than you
