JVM Language Summit (Europe)?

I would like to make a small presentation about the requirements & ideas for 
extending  the JVM to support a  per formant enterprise  COBOL runtime. I 
already exchange some views long time ago with John Rose but without success (I 
mean, I did not succeed in convincing him about the needed extensions.) This 
should take about 1/2 hour.

May be it would be interesting for all JVM guys to know the problems around 
Cobol, one of the major langage in the computing industry compared to the JVM
