Any ideas when/if these changes will be merged into jdk master branch?

We have a long way to go before the changes being tested out in mobile/dev
would be fit for main stream integration. Many of the special build 
checks that
were introduced to accommodate ios or android platforms will need to be
replaced with feature specific configure options.

I have been working on merges to bring mobile dev repos up to jdk9 b121.
It has taken much longer than previous merges due to the build
changes that have been introduced in the mainstream for cross compilation
support and the revamp of hotspot makefiles.
