Setup OpenJDK Netbeans project - Mercurial - Please help!

I installed Mercurial (1.0.2) on Windows and added the forest extension 
and it seems to work fine.

The .hgrc is in the $HOME directory (C:\Document and Settings\alanb in 
my case):

[extensions]
forest=C:/hgforest/forest.py

It cloned our forest without any problem.
