Howto volunteer?

Hello,

1.) I sent my contributors agreement to Sun about three weaks ago but
have not heard and answer. Whats the next step to become an "official"
contributor?

2.) I also would like to fix a problem in Webstart (is it opensource
too?). Is there a special list dedicated to webstart?

3.) By the way are there still "I fixed the jdk" shirts left ;) ?
