zip provider

Rajendra,

I finally got around to integrating your zip provider. It's mostly make 
file work and it now builds as a demo that can be installed or added to 
the class path. To catch bit rot I've also added a regression/unit test 
that exercises the provider. Our Mercurial repository should be setup on 
hg.openjdk.java.net soon and I'll push the changes there once that is 
available.
