Getting file attributes in JDK 1.6

My app needs to get Windows file system ACLs. It looks like the new
java.nio.file package in JDK 7 will do the trick. Unfortunately, we need to
get this functionality soon, and we need to get it to work under JDK 1.6.

Does anyone know of any existing libraries that will give us ACLs?
