3D Features Planned for Version 8

GLSL is not an option unless we provide a translator to HLSL.
Additionally, there are some challenges in providing full access to
shaders given that Prism internally uses shaders during the rendering.
One possibility is to allow users to provide a portion of the shader
with well-defined inputs and outputs which can be linked in with our
shaders, but this is definitely out of scope for FX 8. As interesting as
the topic is, it will be more productive to discuss it when we are ready
to start thinking about the next release beyond FX 8.
