Right-to-left ChoiceBox popup position

While trying to create a sample to demonstrate the problem, it became
clear that it is not simple to reproduce. I eliminated the FXML and CSS
as possible causes, so it must be something deeper in our Java code. It
could even be related to it being embedded in a Swing JavaFX pane.

I have to set it aside for now, and will come back to it later. But I
wanted to update the list in case anyone else is seeing something similar.

Thanks,

Kevin
