CFV: New OpenJFX Committer: Chris Bensen

I hereby nominate Chris Bensen to OpenJFX Committer.

Chris is a member of JavaFX team at Oracle working on the Java (FX) 
packager tool.

Four of the changesets in this list for which Chris was not listed as 
the "author" were contributed by him, giving him a total of 8 changesets.
