Error while compiling OpenJFX on Ubuntu 14.04

What is your time frame for this?

If you can wait until 8u40 is stable (it should be fairly stable by the 
end of December), then you could take that.

If you need to release it sooner than 8u40 will be stable, then you 
might clone the 8u25-b18 tag from 8u-dev (to pick up the changes from 
the just-released 8u25 release), and then apply the patch for RT-37914 
on top of that so you can build / run on Ubuntu 14.04.
