[vector] tests with data providers

Hi Paul,

I have just rebased but when I launch build-tests.sh it looks like AbstractVectorTests is not included in the classpath which causes compilation failure. I have a new patch set coming that fixed a couple of things for Windows and it takes care of fixing that. I will upload it tomorrow.

Thanks,

Jp

Pushed.

You will notice that the compare operations use their data provider so as to reproduce the same behaviour you encoded more literally with multiple inputs and methods.

Paul.
