Toward distributions of native libraries

One fact to straighten:

"faster-than-JNI performance is not a priority"

As you can see from [1], a branch was created almost two months ago and 
is actively worked on. It is not yet 100% stable on large benchmarks, 
but is good enough to pass all the tests. Vlad will surely post more 
here when the effort is closer to completion.
